Kimberly Neal-Brannum is the founder of BELIEVE Schools, with campuses in both Indianapolis and St. Louis. She is deeply committed to ensuring that every student graduates with real choices and the tools for economic upward mobility whether through college, career, or entrepreneurship. She believes that education should be a launchpad, not a limitation, and her work reflects that mission every day.

Before founding BELIEVE Schools, Kimberly’s leadership was instrumental in transforming schools across the country. She served as Managing Director of Secondary Education for KIPP: DC, where she successfully turned around its largest middle school.
